Our Parcel Perform platform does not only streamline delivery tracking data to receive via a single API, it also allows to serve this data across all cross functional teams such as marketing, logistics or customer service. Starting your Parcel Perform journey simply requires you to add a tracking number with the corresponding carrier reference. That lead process is quick and easy and if both data points come from the same integration there is no development work needed on your end. Over time, to enrich and fully provide additional data insights you might want to capture, this process can be replicated to connect all tools to capture the most number of data points as possible such as order data, end-consumer data or even warehousing and fulfillment details.

Onboarding customers takes us two to maximum four weeks on the average for your “go live” depending on the level of customisation and complexity of your data processes. 

1. Shopify Integration

Parcel Perform seamlessly integrates with all your existing Shopify accounts across markets. This webshop system is an inbound integration that allows us to import all your order and shipment data automatically. We are able to access all existing and relevant information on your order details to create a more personalized, direct and branded experience for you and your customers. The best part of this integration is the short lead time. Simply enter your webshop’s url to extract all relevant parcel data which is synced with our platform every 15 minutes. This way, we can ensure that all your parcel details between your Parcel Perform account and your Shopify store are updated.

2. Klaviyo Integration

Some of our customers choose to use Klaviyo or other CRM tools to automate email notifications. Parcel Perform is built as an open system and therefore is compatible with Klaviyo - learn from our customer use cases here. This integration allows you to seamlessly set-up your emails as we help you configure the right notification triggers towards your Klaviyo end-point to build the most relevant and personalized customers’ delivery journeys. With our powerful triggers, you are also able to customize the content in these email notifications for unique marketing opportunities and ensure that your end-to-end communication is controlled. Pro Tip: Add personalized content to your emails with every customer order to allow for better communication with your existing tools. 

3. API Gateway

This is the preferred method of integration for many of our merchants as it connects directly to our system and ensures real-time data flows through our own robust API. It also allows for full transparency on all data and is the quickest method to retrieve any information needed to support the logistics process of shipping. 

Parcel Perform has a suite of exposed RESTful API endpoints which ensures fast and seamless data transfer methods between all existing tools and services and your Parcel Perform account. Our robust API gateway is consistent and reliable. Our flexible API integrations are also extensive as they have dedicated endpoints for each action performed.

Parcel Perform supports both the POST and GET methods. In your dedicated Parcel Perform account simply authentify it with your unique client id and password. Our secure connection allows for you to update necessary fields for you to utilize your tools and services seamlessly with your Parcel Perform account.  

4. Webhooks

Another recommended method of integration which focuses on the most real-time data exchange at the lowest effort for both parties, are webhooks. Parcel Perform supports both inbound and outbound webhook integrations.

Outbound webhooks allow for data to flow from your Parcel Perform account to your existing business tool or service and provide real-time updates on existing shipments. This powerful integration seamlessly allows you to define  the events  that would trigger updates to be sent to your external systems . On the other hand, inbound integrations allow you to send data to your Parcel Perform account to create and/or update existing shipments in a centralized location. 

Our webhook integrations are easily configured and only require given endpoints to start the onboarding process. Due to the open nature of our platform, we are able to support multiple authentication methods depending on the specific tools or services your business uses. Moreover, your Parcel Perform account supports both custom data field names and standard data field names allowing for maximum flexibility when integrating.

5. SFTP

The method creates a very easy to use connection to transfer data that is simple, secure and follows your existing file formats. This alternative to webhooks or API is often used by Parcel Perform customers that don’t have an IT team to set up the integrations at hand immediately, but utilize existing CSV files for other business processes already.  Our team provides you with a SFTP folder to drop your data in a designated folder that is accessible via URL - simply put, it behaves like an online google drive. While we will be more than happy to provide you with a standard file format for your uploads, we will be able to also receive your existing files, even across multiple data sources and develop a parser for easy and automatic integration of data right into the Parcel Perform platform. An SFTP integration method can be easily utilized  for both incoming and outgoing data flows.  

Pro-tip: If you wish to export data via Parcel Perform, you can do that via our parcel overview or speak for your Key Account Manager to set up a customized, regular CSV file drop into your SFTP folder or directly into your email. 

6. Custom

Depending on your business and the workflows that consist during your order, parcel tracking and delivery processes, Parcel Perform creates a customized integration solution for you.
