Parcel Perform Unveils New Brand Identity, Approach Its Data-First Momentum In The Global Logistics Industry

The rebranding reflects the company’s culture of innovation, diversity of business offerings, and elevating the e-commerce delivery experience.

Singapore, 09 Feb 2022 - Leading delivery experience platform, Parcel Perform has officially announced a strategic rebranding to its visual identity. The rebranding represents the company’s growth over the past three years, innovative data-first product offerings, and commitment to focus its enterprise offerings for the e-commerce industry.

At the heart of this rebranding are a redesigned website and insights blog. The improved and feature-rich public page will provide more technical details on Parcel Performs’ bespoke parcel tracking products, showcasing the scale and depth of its product offering to empower and better educate customers. In addition, the refreshed blog will host thought leadership for technology, e-commerce, retail and building unique delivery experiences - a representation of Parcel Perform's product specialization and strive to improve the delivery experience for everyone. The company's shift to hues of orange and dark blue symbolizes its emphasis on passion and growth for the future, in line with its mission as a global software company.

Parcel Perform will continue to launch many new features and improve existing ones, with no impact on the existing user experience within the Parcel Perform platform as a result of the rebranding.

“Our rebranding is a significant milestone for us at Parcel Perform as e-commerce growth accelerates across the world in 2022,” said Arne Jerochewski, CEO and Co-Founder of Parcel Perform. ”Retailers also increasingly understand the importance of a delivery experience solution like ours to stay competitive and redefine the online post-purchase customer experience. In addition, our new public page represents a unique opportunity for retailers, brands, and marketplaces to become familiar with machine learning and AI technology, thus enabling the logistics industry’s digital transformation.”

“We have made it our mission to elevate the post-checkout and the delivery experience with a more significant, in-depth emphasis on product knowledge and thought leadership. Our rebranding is the perfect opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to our customers that we are the right choice of partner,” said Dana von der Heide, CCO and Co-Founder of Parcel Perform. “By leveraging industry insights on AI and machine learning with our in-depth data standardization from order to successful delivery, we will enable brands and marketplaces to make delivery a delightful experience and drive the right decisions for their business.”

Parcel’s Perform’s rebranding is one of several significant initiatives to launch in 2022. The company’s upcoming US expansion, continued team growth and further advances in machine learning and artificial intelligence will be one to watch out for in the new year and beyond.

The rebranded website, blog, and other collaterals went live on Wednesday, 09 February 2022.
