Our USD 20m Series A will propel Parcel Perform’s data-first delivery experience product to new horizons

When we started Parcel Perform in 2016, we knew that our data-driven platform would empower businesses to reimagine their e-commerce logistics experience. Five years of rapid growth later, Parcel Perform is the delivery experience SaaS leader creating unique end-to-end customer journeys and optimizing logistics operations for e-commerce enterprises worldwide. By delivering real value with a great product, we became profitable last year.

Our $20M Series A investment led by Cambridge Capital, an investor who only invests in proven logistics technology businesses, is validation that Parcel Perform simply offers the best visibility and experience solution for enterprise customers in the market today. This investment will drive our continued global expansion and technology innovation, especially in machine learning and other data applications to improve our customers’ delivery experience. 

Good data is fundamental

We adopted a data-first approach for Parcel Perform from the get-go. Logistics data in the e-commerce industry is vital, and I am proud to say that we are fully normalising last mile delivery data across 700+ logistics carriers worldwide in real time - the largest such data set in the industry. 

This means that our customers get accurate and actionable tracking updates with full visibility over their parcels, no matter where in the world. With this data foundation, we can maintain a state-of-the-art technology stack to benefit our customers that include leading global and regional brands, marketplaces and carriers, including Nespresso, Zalando, and Expondo. For e-commerce brands, we redirect their focus to customer-centricity and help them stand out from the competition. For marketplaces and carriers, we significantly increase visibility on the performance of their partners to help drive business growth.

The next chapter of technology innovation

At Parcel Perform, we are pioneering innovative machine learning and artificial intelligence use cases in e-commerce logistics including our 'Date of Arrival' prediction engine. End consumers today are less interested in knowing where their parcels are, and more interested in knowing when their parcels would arrive at their doorsteps. Our prediction engine does just that, supercharging the whole delivery experience for merchants and their customers for excellent customer journeys right from the checkout. 

As we move into our next chapter of growth, we are expanding our product offerings to ultimately cover all end-to-end e-commerce logistics requirements - all on top of a very powerful data-first foundation that our customers can rely on. With this investment, we are setting our sights on the next frontier of delivery experience. #GAMEON
