Introducing the Parcel Perform Tracking Experience with our Email Editor

We have exciting news to share and are proud to unveil not just ONE, but TWO enhancements to your tools to create your uniquely branded post-purchase experience and keep your customers coming back.

 

How does this benefit me?

  • You can now fully customize the content and layout of every tracking email at every step at the delivery process.

  • It’s now even easier for you to configure a holistic post-purchase experience for your shop! We consolidated all our after-checkout tracking tools in a single flow called Tracking Experience. Upload your logo configure your colors and it will present all your tracking assets in a seamless, customizable UI.

Introducing: The Parcel Perform Email Editor

Did you know post-purchase emails see significantly higher opens and off-the-chart engagement rates? We are talking open rates of around 60% here, an astounding email engagement rate!

 

See, that's why we are here to help and so excited to extend this feature to all our existing and new customers at no additional cost. With our new email templates, you can proactively keep customers informed at every step of the delivery process after checkout while retaining your own unique brand identity.

 

Here’s a quick run-through of how you can create your very own customized emails with our new Email Editor in 3 steps.

 

Firstly, fill in your email’s text and subject lineYou can also include Field Placeholders in both the text and subject line to further personalize your emails with each customer’s unique names, parcel and company information, and many more!

 

Secondly, apply your company’s branding to your email’s design and layoutIn order to do this, either plug in your own HTML templates or use our simple standard layouts to setup your very own tracking emails in 5 minutes.

Lastly, decide when your emails should be sent out You have the flexibility to create unique emails for each delivery milestone and choose which delivery milestone triggers email updates to your customers.

For example, emails can be sent to confirm a successful subscription, notify when a parcel was picked up or in transit.

 

More importantly, let customers know when their order is out for delivery and delivered. We can fully map all issues or delays a parcel may encounter while ensuring each email in the delivery process has their own unique look and feel.

 

Customer appreciate honest and proactive updates about their delivery. If there are issues, you can assure them you understand their situation and give a small token like a discount code to your notification emails.

Have multiple campaigns, products or brands to manage with their own distinct brand identity? No problem.

 

In our Silver and Gold packages you can create separate Tracking Experiences to manage multiple brand identities, language settings or different campaigns. For example, you can now create distinct seasonal campaigns while keeping your core branding intact. It’s now a lot easier to switch campaigns or even run them in parallel.

We’ll be migrating new and existing Parcel Perform customers to the new Tracking Experience interface and adding the new Email Editor to your account over the next two weeks.
